Late Policy Each Client is given a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes your appointment is cancelled & you will be charged 25% of your service. Cancellations.... If you're unable to attend your appointment please notify me 24hrs before your scheduled appointment. Same day cancellations will be charged a 50% inconvenience fee. Failure to pay invoice , you will not be able to rebook. NO CALL NO SHOW In the event that a no call no show takes place the card on file will be charged 80% of the service. Failure to pay invoice will result in being banned from booking site! NO EXCEPTIONS Refunds No Refunds. No exceptions.
